It is a Matter of concern. If you can post a question in English you must be educated and if you are educated you would have consulted some Gynaecologist in your area for check up and consultation. Most probably you would have sonography done because of your Gynaecologist's advice. It is difficult to understand why you didn't consult your Gynaecologist so far with your ultrasound scan report.

To me the ultrasound report is normal only as your pregnancy is 28 weeks and AC is of 27 weeks and Doppler values are normal. No need to worry. Do a repeat growth scan after 4 weeks
