7 weeks pregnant - feet sole turned red

Hi I am 7 weeks pregnant and have been taking duphaston 10mg and argi preg 1/2 sachet since the start of 5 weeks. I recently saw my feet looks reddish since last couple of days. Is it normal or something I should get checked immediately? Thanks in advance
