Asked for Female, 32 Years

I Have got my periods back in 4 monrha postpartum and has been regular. Underwent a Gallbladder surgery recently post which 45days and periods has not recurred. Did a home pregnancy test and shows positive. Pls guide on how to abort without further development as i already have 2 kids. Pls guide
