7 mm lower uretic stone
Dear sir,
I have 7 mm lower uretic stone currently I am suffering pain in penis tip and some burning. And mild pain in upper part of bladder. Currently not having kidney pain.
I m taking dynapar tablet lasix tablet and alfoo tablet.
Need ur suggesstion is any chance of pass naturally or need surgery.

7mm calculus might pass with your current medications
However it is prudent to Monitor serum creatinine and watch for any signs of infection of the respective kidney. Do not try this treatment plan for more than 7 days. If it fails, go ahead with endoscopic removal of the stone
