6y/m, left leg fractured , same place 4 times NIMS hospital surgery completed but the joint Bone is not set.

Repeated fracture or non uniting fracture, does not seem like a routine fracture. You need to let know more details like... if it is osteogenesis imperfecta or Congenital pseudarthrosis of tibia, infective non union or other cause for the same. Its very unlikely for a 6 month old to have a fracture which is not uniting. Pls consult a pediatric orthopaedic surgeon
