Hello doctor I'm 6th month pregnant. I'm suffering from GDM and im not taking any medication only diet and exercise. So please tell me aasanadhi and kvytha churnam is safe for taking pregnant woman

Better to follow healthy sugar free diet and do walking exercise . Take small meals frequently. Check your blood sugar level before and after meals.. Consult me online through this platform for further guidance and treatment.

I think you should consult a MD medicine and control your sugar level. Because GDM if remain uncontrolled then it can be very risky for the health of your fetus. Don't take it lightly and start the medication which are advisable according to your blood sugar levellevel as soon as possible.
