6mm stone in uv junction
Left kidney is normal in shape,size and position.E/o mild dilated PCS and whole ureter due to UV junction calculus measuring about 6mm in size.small tiny calculi measuring about 2mm is seen in calyceal system.
Right kidney is normal in size,shape and position
.PCS normal.A calculus measuring about 4mm is seen in mild calyces.ureter is normal in caliber .
Is surgery mandatory ?

You can build up to two weeks for spontaneous passage of stones if there is no infection and renal failure.
If there is renal failure infection or non passage of stone even after two weeks then surgery is necessitated.
