Having kidney stone of size 6mm
Sir am having kidney stone of size 6mm in upper calyx of right kidney and 3mm cyst in lower pole of left kidney and am having severe backache and burning sensation of urine how can i manage this condition please guide right now am on ulcer medication taking antibiotics

Calyceal stones don't usually cause such severe pain.consult a urologist.a CT scan might be needed to rule out ureteric stones.if normal the cause colud be extrarenal also.
