Instead of these supplements which are promoted by company take supplement like multivitamin,  calciumvitamin d3 if required after consulting ur doctor.

You should take one Capsule of Multivitamin, one tablet of Calcium Gluconate (1000 or 1200 mg). Fresh Fruits and nourishing diet. These are more useful than Health drinks.
