6.5 mm stone in left kidney
My husband is diagnosed with multiple echogenic foci with largest measuring 6.5 mm in his left kidney. He has taken below medication for almost 20 days : - Niftas 100 - 10 days - Uriliser syrup - 2 times for 20 days He also has fever ~ 99-100 which shoots upto 101 sometimes.. Second ultrasound after 20 days shows no improvement Can someone suggest why there is no improvement as he has increased fluid intake so that it can pass.

The fever is a need for concern and has  to be assessed . Renal stone won't disappear on its own however small stones do pass spontaneously with urine. Ultrasound has to be looked carefully for any signs of hydronephrosis and ct kub is needed to rule out any ureteric calculi.
Next Steps
review reports and consult.
