I am 5 week 6 days pregnant. Around till 2 days ago I used to feel cramps but now there is no cramp. Is this normal not to have any cramp in early pregnancy? I am bit worried as my first pregnancy was miscarriage. This time my scan Is done at 5 week 2 days and sac and egg yolk was seen but no fetal pole. Also as of now I am not feeling symptoms like voimiting and nausea. I have only tender breast and feel tired easily. I need to go for another scan on 4th May..but because of no major symptoms, I am getting really worried now a days. Please help.

Good evening,
It is normal not to have cramps, nausea and vomiting in pregnancy. Not everyone will have these symptoms. But you have other symptoms of pregnancy like breast tenderness and fatigue. Some develop symptoms as pregnancy advances. Do not worry about your symptoms. Continue the medicine advised by your Obstetrician.
Next Steps
Since you have a history of miscarriage and are concerned about the progress of your pregnancy, you can do Serum BetaHCG blood test today and repeat it after 3days and review with your reports. For further information kindly contact me online.
Hi
Your scan was done little early so fetal pole may not have developed yet. You will get to know in the upcoming scan, where they will also be able to check the baby’s heart beat. Many women don’t have symptoms of vomiting or nausea during pregnancy. So don’t worry. And abdominal cramping is not a normal sign or symptom of pregnancy so it’s good that you are not experiencing that.
Health Tips
Don’t be stressed and just continue your folic acid.
