5th month pregnancy, Itchy throat
Hello... im in my 5th month pregnancy... today i didn't consume enough water i think not even 2 liter... i was feeling hungry around 6pm so i had handful of mix dry fruits (walnuts and almonds ) and 4-5 cashews.. while having them im feeling dryness in my throat but had water after eating them... but im feeling very light itchy throat.. does it mean im allergic to dry fruits? Or did i eat in wrong way like mixing dryfruits n consuming? Or is it because i didn't had enough water?
