Hi there, I am going though a period of anxiety and depression. I have been to my GP, who has given me propranolol (beta blocker) which has been helping with reducing my racing heart. Now, instead of taking anti-depressants, which I have been offered, I would prefer to try 5-htp, and was wondering if it's ok to take 5-htp alongside propranolol?
