Son is having fever since 2.5 days since we (parents) are covid +ve. Giving him calpol but fever is coming back. What is the next step. Should we continue giving calpol when fever comes? Kid is active and playing around. We are taking precautionsand are nder medication too

Don’t worry fever will settle down in next 12 hour, just continue paracetamol as and when require, remember to maintain a minimum gap of 4 hour between two dosssge.

Continue SYP.CALPOL 6ml three times a day
Maintain good hydration .Give plenty of fluids .If fever doesn't subside in 2 days or child is becoming dull do a video consultation .
