Leg pain for my 2.5 yr old
My son has leg pain almost everyday at night and is only cured by giving him one dose of paracetamol(3-3.5ml). I am really worried, why this happens daily and there is no other way to relieve him apart from paracetamol. is there any underlying issue. we had his blood checkup done and everything was normal.

U don’t mention the body weight of ur child and activities- hope he is hyperactive and very much active during day time - if abnormal hyperactivity is their - a possibility of ADHD - how he attentive? Please make him busy with activities to make him calm and please consult a paediatrician with experience of identifying those issues- though growth pain is common in this age group- u can continue calcium supplements but immediately consult paediatrician
