I am 5 weeks pregnant. Do I have to do any ultrasound or take any folic acid supplement? Please advice

Take folic acid only No urgent ultrasound needed Can do ultrasound after one month also

You should start taking folic acid once daily( fol123/ folgel plus...) and also get an ultrasound done.

need to take prenatal vitamins and you need to do an ultrasound to find out whether the baby is in the uterus or in the fallopian tubes or anywhere else called ectopic

Definitely take folic acid 5 mg daily . Ultrasound urgent if severe pain lower abdomen / bleeding / fainting attack . If no problems, see a gynaecologist after 2-3 weeks . U can opt for paid teleconsultation for more detailed discussion due to the lockdown situation in the country . The blood tests can be done now .
