5 month old fever
5 month old has fever ranging between 98-100.4.
She is taking feeds ,bit active but head, hands and feet are warm.
Sneezing and bit cough is also there.
She is fully on breastfeed and taking feeds normally.
We recently travelled out of station and came back 3 days ago.She is being warm since yesterday

Give paracetamol drops or syrup for fever.
Viral is common these days.
If fever persist another 3 days or not spikes not coming dow , get blood test done. Show to a doctor in case cough increase to see if congestion is there or not.
