My daughter birth weight is 3.7 kgs. She got fever for 5 days and i gave paracetamol oral supplement. After that fever has gone. Now she is 46 days old she is 3.3 kgs. I am worrying that she is loosing weight.

Please Relax. During first 2 weeks Baby always lose weight. Then. had fever. Never treat your self. Always consult the professional. You feel you are saving time and money, it is proved to be more expensive. Now she will put on weight. Don't worry. Consult on line if you please. we willbe very helpful . Physical check up once 3 to 4 months is always good. a few tips you will get. they will be priceless. take care of Hygiene, immunization, activity and emotional environments
