45 days and didn't get my period
It's been 45 days, I didn't get my periods and the pregnancy test is also negative. My menstruation cycle is 37 days I got my last period on 20th May and then gone through HSG process as suggested by doctor. Experienced spotting between June 17 to June 22 Never happened earlier. Am i pregnant? Any chances that I can get positive results later? What should I do? Please suggest.
