43-52 bpm while laying down
I think my pulse rate is low during laying down i tested many times as soon as i wake up from sleep it will be around 43-52 bpm while lying on bed for some time heart rate goes down.. Is it normal? i have no symptoms, my bp and diabetes is normal. I jog 4 times a week for 30 mins when i jog my heart rate falls from 100-110bpm to 70-75bpm within 2mins maximum.. All these are normal? Just to check i got tmt, 2d echo shows - EF 69% & ecg for safer side reports are normal.. plz help

You have noticed everything in detail, don’t worry everything is normal, Pulse rate is dynamic, at rest it will come down, on effort it will go up, this is normal physiology. So please don’t get panic. Stay calm , stay safe, stay home ☺️
