Pregnant but no vomiting and no nausea. Only mild backpain was there but today nothing is there. Is there any serious issue for no symptom is showing specially no vomiting and no nausea???

No issues.It is normal thing.Get done TSH level and complete urine examination.Start folic acid tablet.Eithbreports meet to gynaecologist and take medicine.Ask for diet also.
