4 pregnancy test
I do 4 pregnancy test after missed period.I missed my period 10 days ago and do 4 pregnancy test in difference day and all are negative...can I still pregnant?? Need any test??

Please get a sonography done.  Ultrasound will never give a false negative or false positive report.

You can take beta HCG test .it is a blood test and confirmatory for pregnancy
