4 month old naps time very less
My baby is 4 month old , she naps only for 20-30 min and it's 3 times a day so total 1.5 hr max she sleep during the day time, before that her awake window was like 2 hrs now it's increased 3-3.5 hrs and not consistent, what should I do to let her nap atleast 1 hr every 3 naps so it's as per her age consider as good sleep.

This is 4 month sleep regression. Wake windows should b 2 to 2.5 hrs Max. Take her to bed dim the lights and take her to bed in early sleep cues. Hold her for naps for longer naps. She should b napping for 5 hrs with 4 naps and 10-11 hr night sleep. Consult online for detailed consultation and sleep schedule
