3yr old toddler sweats a lot
Hi Dr.
I have a 3yr old boy,who is very active and always running around. I concern is he sweats a lot whenever he does something which needs lots of action like playing, running around. He doesn't sweat in sleep if the room temp is fine. Is there I need to do fix this, or he is jus a kid who has more sweat glands.

Looks like normal phenomenon.
Just make sure that he drinks adequate amount of water when there is increased activity and resultant sweating.
