Doctor, my kid getting vomit ad nausa, fever 102deg. Paracetamol 250ml given but vomited suddenly. Nothing had. What food can i feed. For vomiting what can i do to stop. Last friday went city outer in own car but public places. Feels fearful. Last 2days stomach slightly upset 3time he poops
