Fever, vomiting, body pain and motions
Hi, my niece is 4 year old. She is having mild fever yesterday with vomiting, body pain and motion. Night the fever increased to 102deg and morning she had motion . My niece had paracetamol syrup and a 1/4 th of domstal tablet yesterday night. From yesterday night she didn't had any food.

Hi, continue paracetamol for fever and domstal for vomit....
Give plenty of oral liquid like ORS, lemon juice, buttermilk etc...to prevent dehyadration...
Ask her to take soft diet rice dal,khichdi, poha, banana, apple and pomegranate juice...
Next Steps
you can use paracetamol 6hourly in recurrent fever...
wait for 2 to3 days....

Give plenty of liquids and soups. Normal diet and avoid milk and milk products.
