15 month old kid vomit after medication

Asked for Male, 30 Years

My kid (15 month old) have a fever of 102F. Every time we give paracetamol, he vomits immediately. Not sure, shall we give the dose one more time . Or shall we give some medicine which can suppress vomiting and then give paracetamol.please suggest
