Hello
Third molar eruption can often be painful and discomforting. And that area is inaccessible to oral hygiene regimen leading to infection. This infection can subsequently lead to systemic symptoms like fever and sore nose.
You need to take an antibiotic course to subside the infection. This tooth will mostly require removal in future.

You can get in touch with me. I am an Oral Surgeon and Implantologist practicing in New Delhi.
Your age clearly gives an idea that your 3rd molar is in erupting stage now. Its feels quite uncomfortable when 3rd molar eruption occurs. Sometimes, due to inflammation it can also lead to some other general symptoms. You can share your x ray, if you have it which will further help to figure out the actual scenario. Thanks
There's a correlation between third molar pain and systemic symptoms like fever and/or sore throat. Recommended line of action would be to work with your nearby dentist on the same
