3 month baby cough and cold
My 3 month baby suffering from cough and cold from past 14 days. Initially little cough. So we gave sinarist drops and ziffy drops. And done 7 days course. But no relief.
He has no fever only cough nose and throat filled with mus sticky watery eyes.
Are these symptoms of pneumonia.
I am at village. So want to know

He cough 2-3 times in a day which is intensive breathless coughing . I am currently using only naso clear many times a day. But mucus from chest and nose throat not removing
