Hello. Stones commonly form in the kidney because of precipitation of salts secondary to variety of predisposing factors. These factors may be related to your diet, lifestyle, comorbidities, anatomy of your kidneys, urine milieu. 3.5 mm stone in kidney are usually not actively treated as they rarely cause symptoms. So the medications are basically to prevent increase in stone size and from other stone formation. You can take Syp K Cit 2 tsp TDS for 3 months
