I have been diagnosed with 3.1mm stone in left kidney mid calyx, how to flush out.Is it something to worry on.

There is no way to flush out kidney stone of any size. If it will going to pass down in ureter then it may pass through it. So you can do , drink more water2-3 litre per day. Repeat USG KUB after 1 years.

Drink adequate liquids so that you will produce at least 2 litres of urine in 24 hours duration. No medications are proven useful.
