Hi
Kids usually have gaps in between their milk teeth and these gaps are required to adjust bigger sized permanent teeth in later stages of life.
You can consult with your nearest pediatric dentist for proper examination

Hello, spacing in decidious teeth is something which is perfectly normal. Space in milk tooth indicates more space for permanent one. But sometimes these spaces could be due to caries in tooth.
So consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance.
Hello. Spacing between deciduous (milk) teeth is considered ideal and healthy. During the shift of dentition from milk teeth to permanent teeth, this gap will be utilized by the permanent teeth, which would be larger in size and would require more space to accommodate.
The spacing in primary dentition plays a critical role in the eruption of permanent teeth and establishment of ideal occlusion. A lack of these spaces in primary dentition may result in disproportionate jaw and tooth size.
In cases, where the child does not have spacing in the deciduous dentition, it leads to crowding of teeth when the permanent teeth erupt.
You may visit a dentist for a routine checkup.
The spacing in the milk teeth is normal. There is nothing to worry about regarding that.
I would recommend a routine dental check up at this age to keep a look out for any developing cavities.
These are normal spaces present in between the child's teeth for growth & will be closed on its own.
Ideally the dental visit should be done every 6months as the child 's teeth start erupting.
Still if you have questions about the same, you can visit my page on Practo .
Next Steps
visit dentist every 6months for regular dental consultation.
Health Tips
maintain oral hygiene by following proper brushing technique with fluoride containing toothpaste toothpaste & toothbrush on a regular basis in a pea size amount only twice daily.
Thanks!
Generally gaps are a good thing when present in milk teeth. It indicates that the permanent teeth would most likely have adequate space when they come into the jaw. However, sometimes decay between teeth also appears like gaps so in that case a profession opinion would be beneficial.
Coming to your second question, a child's first dental visit must be by the time the first tooth erupts and not later than the child's 1st birthday. Whichever is earlier.
Next Steps
Visit a pediatric dentist
Health Tips
Advised to brush the child's teeth twice a day with pea size amount of fluoride toothpaste.
