  4. 2yr old down with fever n cough. A day?

2yr old down with fever n cough
Hi Doctor, my 2yr old is having fever n wet caugh since day before yesterday night .. for fever can I give him ibugesic or ibugesic plus or Calpal 120 ?? For cough can I give him mucolite 2ml thrice a day ?? It’s wet cough.. so far I had given him babygesic 2ml twice but he is getting fever back in 5hr.. please advice

Continue paracetamol every 6th hrly...get a consultation if fever persists.

Greetings you can continue with paracetamol and cough syrup if the child is not recovering kindly book a consultation so I can guide you
