Hi,
I'm pregnant and it is 6 weeks 3 days. I underwent a first scan(pelvic) on 8th april 2024 that 60 km from my home. The doctor said the place baby and heartbeat is perfect but the yolksac is 0.35cm which is lightly high. 3 injections for every 5 days has been prescribed. On returning home I observed spotting and contacted the doctor and they prescribed progesterone injection for 1 week and tropic tablet for 3 days. I am feeling nervous whether the condition of my baby is good or not. As per the schedule my next scan is 22 apr 2024. Now I'm not seeing any spotting. Please guide me could I go for a scan today. Is it any harmful to my baby as my next scan is on 22nd. What are the reasons for the spotting I saw.

You need not worry as the yolk sac is less than 4mm. At least wait for a week before you next scan.

Continue progesterone tablets..need not worry if bleeding has stopped
