28months old boy teeth grinding in sleep
My 28months old boy is grinding teeth in sleep evryday. I started to give calcimax-p again which was suggested for him normally whn he was 1.5years .can I use it or not needed? Is it normal?

This can happen sometimes in kids normally. Do not be alarmed by it. You can do a deworming with Bandy syrup once. Routine calcium is not needed.
