27 days old son having cold
My 27 days son is having cold dr prescribed Nasivion drops saline drops and maxtra drop and karpol plus for steam since 2 days my son is not able to sleep getting fussy and on cluster feed please help what to do as i can't see h like this poor child wants to sleep but not able to sleep

Babies are exclusively nose breathers ie they cannot breathe though the mouth . We all have experienced more nasal block when we have cold when we lie down and are more comfortable while sitting upright. Individuals above the age of 1 to 1.5 urs can easily breathe thru mouth specially when there is a nasal block. Keep ur baby upright or in reclining position on ur shoulders. U can continue Maxtra drops and Saline nasal drops.

27 day male child .Apart from nasal saline drops.
Check with feeding posture .
Correct position and burning after each feed is important
Improper feeding position during feeding may be lead to swallowing of air along with milk.
This swallowed air will cause problems and child will have discomfort which is expressed by child by different behaviours.
When this swallowed air return back to mouth and nose it may bring milk along with it.
