Include calcium in your diet and yes if you can take out atleast an hour from your weekend then it will really benefit you.

Your Vit D3 levels are on the lower side.Take in 20-25 mins of sunlight daily.Also take calcium rich food such as eggs,milk,ragi n sesame seeds,as calcium is needed for absorption of Vit D3.
