Hi doctors In 6th month pregnancy. USG was done AC is 2 weeks legging and also length of hands are also small. AFI is 13. Position - Breech Fundal placenta anterior grade 1 upper and middle uterine without previa. She already taking  iron calcium and vitamin d3 sachet. In her USG  AC is 2 weeks 4 days lagging  at 24 week pregnancy less than 10 percentile. It's mild assymetrical IUGR. In Her CBC report HB -11.4 low ( 12-15) PCV- 32.6 low  (40-60) RBC 3.4 low      (3.8-4.8) MCV 97.4 normal MCH 34.4  high (27-32) Platlets 133 low Rest perimeters are normal. And Glucose fasting 82 TSH 1.3 (KFT) Urea serum -  14 low (17-56) Creatnine- 0.5 low (0.6-1.2) eGFR- 145 normal or high LFT is normal but triglicyride- 167 high (<150) In urine test pH -8 Epithelial Cells   4-6 Rest are normal. Now her food eating habbit is not good. Not eating proper healthy diet. Because of less appetite. Also for last 5-6 days.why feotus growth is slow. is it because of deficiency of what? pls guide.

There are various reasons for  IUGR,If it is Clearly Assymeyrical IUGR,most likely  cause is Nutritional. Take the consultation  of a Nutrition specialist and follow the  instructions. Takeing 8 hours night  rest and 2 hours in the afternoon  required. Drink  3 litres of water daily .Speak  with your  doctor  with all reports.Also can take  an online consultation with all  reports uploaded and discuss.
