How to promote good stomach for my baby... I think she gets gas issues frequently inspite of giving her home food and on time... She doesn't pass motions regularly inspite of giving her fibre and water What to do so that gas doesn't form and she eats her food normally ? My baby is 23months old and weight - 11kgs

Give 5ml of pure cow ghee mix in 250ml of warm milk once a day. you can see difference with in 5days. And give Himalayan Bonnisan liquid for gas and digestion issues, give 2tsp (10ml) thrice a day after meal. You can see results. And for more help, you can contact me on practo app. Thank you

Not passing motion regularly means? Does she passes stool once per day but hard or once per 2-3 days. It also depends on how is the stool? Is it hard or is it sticky? If she is constipated than it is the main reason for gas. Suva Dana and ajwain is best for gas. As she is a little girls it's will be hard to let her take any churna but water of Suva Dana and ajwain can help for gas but if it's cause of constipation than have to treat that first.

Give her gripe water and you can also give mugli ghutti with warm water when she has constipation.

Ok, noted and great to note that importance of normal physiological functions of body. May be due to dryness it's happening for that 5ml pure Almond oil ( Hamdard) for 5days empty stomach can be tried. U can communicate with your/her dr Ayurveda offers unique approach dietary regime

Human intestine is not made up of Iron.Living intestine may have influence of  environment and the diet one's consume.U may give bonnisan liquid 2 TSP twice daily for three months.
