20 months toddler had a fall
My 20 months old fell on her stomach twice today. But she didn't cry after she fell. But the second time she did show her stomach. But got right up and started running around and walking normally. Had fruits and juice also after that. Ate her lunch dinner ok. But she has been slightly lethargic. I don't know if it was because of the fall or the medicines she
is having for the viral flu. Please help. She is usually an active kid. But has been slightly fussy and lethargic since afternoon. What to do pls help. There is no swelling no bruising no vomiting. Should u get it checked. She fell on the marble floor quite hard

No unconscious or fits
Etc then don't worry
Just keep a watch
Give plenty of oral liquids including water Fruit juices.
