Hello, my daughter is 20 months old weighing 9.6 kg. On june 15th she got a very high fever with convulsions that lasted 1 min. We did blood tests like cbc lft rft urine routine, electrolytes. Everything came back normal and fever lasted for 5 days.
Yesterday on july 6th again she got fever of 100.5. Gave her paracetamol. Otherwise she is a active child. Please let me know if there is anything to worry about

It could be viral fever.
Monitor temperature and give paracetamol .Maintain adequate hydration.
If fever spike are high and fever is continuous please consult doctor.
