Please suggest name of vitamin b12 (methycolbamine type B12) and any zinc containing tablet name... Due to lockdown I can't go to doctor... I heard vit. B12 helps... Thanks in advance...

I am not aware of any 100%lockdown these days. Moreover multiple video consultation options exist these days so a lockdown shouldn't hamper you from seeking consultation.
