2 year baby girl Heart rate 141
Dear Sir/ Ma'am My daughter is 2 years old. She is suffering from cold and cough. My wife just measure spo2 and pulse. Pulse came 141 She is playful and active. No other complaints apart from cold and cough Just nose block problem nothing else We are new parents We just want to know 141  heart rate is dangerous? Do we need to worry about 141 heart rate / pulse rate? We just would like to what is normal heart rate for 1 to 3 year toddler? Thank you

It could be high if checked after activity, fever, crying, coughing, playing. It should be checked in resting state.
