U can wait till 7 days. If vomiting, stomach distension, refusal to feed then visit a doctor

Yes, sometimes babies dont poop for 4-5 days. If there is no vomitings or bloated abdomen it is okay.
Health Tips
Look for abdomen bloating, vomiting and whether baby is passing gas. If baby is not passing gas or bloating or vomitings or less feeding are present
