How often is that a 2 weeks old baby not going poop frequently. If baby poops in every 3-4 days is it ok?

Newborns can poop up to 20 times in a day or they can stay happy without pooping for 5-7 days. As long as they are feeding well, passing urine 6-8 times in a day and gaining weight, nothing to worry about.
