Fareye sightedness or myopia means you may have  problems with seeing for distance. This should be corrected with glasses or contacts lens or refractive surgery. If it is diagnosed in childhood,. Glasses should be advised from that age. Power of glasses may increase up to some age mostly 20  years. After that, eyes growth becomes stable and no chance of increase in power. So in your case, glass power will may not increase if you don't wear glasses now. But definitely with glasses, you will have clear vision and ability to work will be improved. So if you are comfortable without glasses till now - it may suggest your power may be less.if so, it's ok not to use glasses. But prescription of your glass power is needed for more discussion.

You should wear glasses regularly. In case you don't want to wear glasses you can use contact lenses. If your number is stable, you can go for laser refractive surgery.
