Short sightedness
If my left eye has -3.75 and right eye also -3.75 sph
And cyl -1.00 (left) and 0.5(right)
So I want to know is if I dont use spects everytime and use whenever to see distant objects then will it affect eyes and give result to more damage or I can do that means using spects when needed.

At your age same spectacle is for distance and near.You have to wear glasses all the time .
