Long sightedness
I am 14 years old my height and weight is very low... i am suffering from long sightedness for about 5 years. My left eye power is -5.5 and right eye is -5.0 with some cy.
Curing tips please.

Regular checkups, both for refractive error correction and fundus examination. Don't indulge in only in-house and near vision involving activities. But remember don't do strenuous exercises. Later you can go for Lasik surgery.
