It means you are myopic ,You can read without glass at the age 41 yrs, you should consult ophthmologist for refraction, you have two options either you use glass for distance only & continue reading without glass advantage of being myopic or you can go for bifocal spectacle.

Hello well if you are having learning of vision and facing difficulty in seeing for of objects then I would definitely suggest you to consult an ophthalmologist and go for vision testing and then you can be given the appropriate Lens.. Thank you
