Short sightedness and astigmatism
Dear Sir/Maam i have -1 sph -0.5 cyl in Right eye and -0.25 sph and -1 cyl in left eye.My question is should i wear glasses all the time or when i have to focus on far objects like looking at the board.

You must use glasses regularly. Otherwise your astigmatic error is going to increase.
